Position Type: Volunteering ( All volunteering positions at The Class Consulting Group are unpaid ) Specific Responsibilities: Responsible for cultivating client relationships with one / more client/s and securing repeat business from existing clients. Work closely with the project team throughout project delivery to ensure client needs are fulfilled. In collaboration with BCS team, assess project impact at predefined intervals (6 months and 1 year after project completion) Manage and provide leadership to the Client Management team. Engage regularly with existing clients to create awareness about other services CLASS can offer. Maintain Salesforce (CRM Database) on all client management activities. Run and review client satisfaction surveys Represent CLASS at various Nonprofit Organizations related events General Responsibilities: Presiding over the meetings and agenda of the team as well as tracking projects and ongoing activities. Implementing KPIs and progress of strategic projects and presenting management reports to the board. Successfully implementing resource allocation and volunteer engagement activities along with Director & HR Fostering appropriate communications and leveraging resources within the team and with other teams. Promoting volunteer engagement within the CR Team and across the broader CLASS Group. Requirements : Education Qualification & Experience BA/BS/MBA Business or Marketing with 3-5 years of experience in Client Management. Experience with Salesforce/HubSpot or any CRM database preferred. Skills/Abilities Good management skills Work collaboratively and efficaciously as a team member. Effective communication skills and strong business acumen. Commitment Minimum 1+ year of commitment for the unpaid / pro-bono position. Attend WeeklyMeetings: 2 in-person and 2 conference calls. Determine staffing requirements for organizational management and program delivery. Oversee the implementation of the human resources policies, procedures and practices including the development of job description for all staff. Ensure that all volunteers receive an orientation to the organization and that appropriate training is provided. Implement a performance management process for all volunteers which includes monitoring the performance of volunteers on an on-going basis and conducting an annual performance review. Coach and mentor volunteers as appropriate to improve performance. Requirements: Education and Experience MBA with 8+ years of prior leadership background. 10+ years of experience in HR or Management. Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving capabilities. Demonstrated experience in being detail oriented and laser-focused on supporting internal processes & systems. Skills/Abilities Passionate & committed to serve community. Optimistic, reliable, and capable of fostering teamwork without formal hierarchy. Excellent in communication and presentation. Web Governance and Risk: Manage web governance and risk related areas and coordinate between internal stakeholders. Work with internal stakeholders to maintain risk-related response guide, third party vendor list, domains. Represent team on website risk-related processes and testing . Manage and audit CMS user access/roles. Assess technology and trends to enhance our public website. Requirements : Education Qualification & Experience Bachelor ’ s degree in a related field, including Marketing, Business, or Communications. At least 5 years of business experience and 3+ years within a Digital Marketing function or team. Proven success implementing SEO best practices, including technical tasks, on-platform and off-platform optimization. Experience working with SEO platforms and measurement tools. Experience working with a content management solution in a medium to large enterprise. Experience in Google Analytics and/or other analytics tools . Experience managing projects with broad scope and multiple cross-company stakeholders. S kills/Abilities : Highly analytical , organized and detail oriented. Ability to identify key data points and translate into actionable results and optimization recommendations.
