POSITION SUMMARY: We seek an experienced and dynamic Volunteer Social Media Coordinator to lead our social media efforts. As a Volunteer Social Media Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our comprehensive social media strategy, driving brand awareness, engagement, and growth. Bookkeeper/Treasurer

We're looking for a bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records for our nonprofit organization. This role includes recording and tracking financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and assisting with budgeting and reporting. The bookkeeper will ensure that the nonprofit complies with financial regulations and helps provide transparent financial data to support the organization's mission. We are seeking candidates with a strong working knowledge of QuickBooks who are equally passionate about supporting our mission and values. Please note that we are unable to provide training for QuickBooks proficiency at this time. The right candidate will become a board member after the probation period. You must be located in the United States to be considered. Key Responsibilities: Record and categorize all financial transactions in Quickbooks (e.g., income, expenses, donations). Reconcile bank and credit card statements regularly. Assist with preparing basic monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for the board and executive director. Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and receipts. Help with the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. Maintain accurate records for tax purposes and assist with year-end audits as needed. Ensure compliance with nonprofit financial regulations and best practices. Assist participants with payments and balance inquiries Ability to reconcile accounts monthly Qualifications: Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles. Working knowledge and at least six months of experience with Quickbooks Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently. Passion for supporting the nonprofit's mission and goals. Previous experience in bookkeeping or finance (volunteer or professional) is preferred. POSITION SUMMARY: Seeking a volunteer(s) to assist the MA founder with formal and informal video and photography needs, including educational videos, testimonials, special events, social media, etc. This includes assisting with an overall video/photography strategy, providing technical advice, assisting with filming, editing, and production. This position will help interface video production to our website, YouTube channel, etc. The consultative side of this position may be performed virtually. Graphic Designer

POSITION SUMMARY : Seeking a virtual volunteer(s) to assist the Executive Director and/or leadership team members in brainstorming and creating designs for social media, workshops, special events, printed materials, etc. A stipend may be available. QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of creating graphics efficiently in PowerPoint, Adobe, Canva, Photoshop and/or other similar tools is required. Creative expertise in basic graphic design. This new Map for Life club at UC is based on our proven Map program, which helps individuals, couples and families physically, emotionally, relationally and spiritually, including life purpose. Now we want to offer it to more students and others you may know. We want to help prevent life problems BEFORE they start or keep them from getting worse. The Coordinator role is part of a student leadership team or board, who report to the executive director in Dayton, Ohio. The first step in kicking off a new group is to build a leadership team and a number of other participants. You'll work as a team to recruit and kick off the club and then help promote and maintain it over time. We have a head start, but we can use your help! Mission Addiction has been the best volunteering experience of my life. I began as an assistant for administrative tasks, and now I am fully involved in the organization! I've dedicated around four months to volunteering with Mission Addiction. Currently pursuing graphic design in school, I've been blessed with an opportunity to serve as a designer with Mission Addiction. Working alongside the founder has been a delightful experience, providing me with valuable lessons. Managing a challenging course load, particularly in the final weeks of school, has been demanding, but the founder’s understanding and flexibility have been a tremendous support. His adaptability and cooperation in a remote position, especially when it comes to unforeseen circumstances like illnesses or family emergencies, have made the experience even more rewarding. Being part of an organization that focuses on helping individuals in achieving their goals has been a source of great gratitude. I wholeheartedly recommend students and others to consider joining this remarkable team.
