POSITION SUMMARY: Provide general support to Mission Addiction founder and occasionally to other team leaders or personnel.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must be proficient in the English language, including reading and writing. Candidates must have good organization skills, take initiative, and manage time efficiently. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
Preferred:
- Experience using Google Drive
- Experience with video conferencing
- Knowledge or experience about addiction, including addiction programs
- Experience in a nonprofit, startup and/or experience in developing programs
DUTIES: Responsible for managing the schedule and communication of Mission Addiction founder. This includes setting appointments, managing phone calls, compiling training materials and coordinating workshops. The assistant will also perform research, as well as light data entry as necessary.
Other duties include:
- Mailing list administration and/or marketing
- New employee orientation and on-boarding support
- Assist with process efficiency for all of the above
Mission Addiction is an evolving non-profit organization and this position may evolve with time. We welcome our volunteers to participate in the development of their positions!

Mission Addiction was founded by a business consultant and faith leader in January, 2017.
- Everything we do is offered in person and online.
- We've had the pleasure of working with participants and volunteers in 28 states, 3 other countries and 9 time zones.
We serve:
- Hurting Individuals (16+)
- Struggling Couples
- Strained Families
- People in recovery from addiction to sin, behavior or substance
- Anyone looking to improve their life and grow in faith!
