Here for life - so the dying may live in comfort and with peace and dignity unto the end-so those left living may find peace and solace. The staff and volunteers of Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan affirm living. We support individuals and their caregivers during chronic or terminal illness through individualized medical, emotional, spiritual and personal care. We are dedicated to compassionate care for people coping with serious illness, with dying, and with loss. Since 1981, Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan has been supporting families and friends in this community who are confronted with the serious illness of a loved one. We serve everyone, regardless of race, color, gender, ethnic or religious background, national origin, gender identification, sexual orientation, disability, marital status, age, height or weight. As a nonprofit community agency, we accept clients based on their need for care, not their ability to pay.
Volunteers and employees often say that working for Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan is much more than a job, it's a mission. And we are all partners in making a difference in the lives of our fellow colleagues, our clients and their families.
Won't you join us? Whether you are considering making a gift, volunteering your time or working for Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan, you will be making an important difference in the lives of our clients and their families. We are only able to fulfill our mission of compassionate care for people coping with serious illness, with dying, and with loss because of individuals like you.
