The staff and volunteers of Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan support individuals and their caregivers during chronic or terminal illness by providing individualized medical, emotional, spiritual and personal care. Since 1981, Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan has been supporting families and friends in this community.
