Responsibilities: Develop, execute, manage and analyze social media programs and Internet marketing solutions to effectively promote DITR on the web. Work closely with marketing team to integrate social and emerging forms of media into marketing campaigns, including email, Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, etc. and traditional marketing communications media. Understand, optimize and expand our keyword list to effectively market DITR through search engine optimization. Actively seek writing, speaking and other opportunities that will position DITR as an authority on girls and programs for girls and increase the awareness and credibility of the organization. Research & create an online presence for DITR through links and affiliation programs. Optimize the DITR website for search engines.

Assists in the management of the DITR Gem Makers and Corporate Partner Program. Coordinates donor recognition and education. Provides detailed donor giving information and trends to Executive Director and Board as needed to carry out major donor solicitations. Assists in regular donor communications, the coordination of annual direct mail programs, and year-end acknowledgements. Maintains donor management database.

Works with youth in the area of college and career preparation. Identifies the needed resources of participants of the OPTIONS Program. Creates and maintains OPTIONS activity schedule. Coordinates monthly workshops, activities and fieldtrips for OPTIONS program participants. Researches and solicits the support of individuals, specialists, organizations and community partners to assist in meeting the needs of OPTIONS participants. Maintains & organizes OPTIONS related resource library materials. Develops online and print communications for participants through web page, newsletter and online career focused correspondence. Assists in marketing workshops and activities that are open the community. Conduct OPTIONS surveys & evaluations.
