Requirements: HOSPICE VOLUNTEERS - The next TRAINING BEGINS July 14, 2018. Training will be held Saturday, July 14 thfrom 8:30am-12:30pm, Monday, July 16th from 5:00pm-9:00pm, Wednesday, July 18th from 5:00pm-9:00pm and Saturday, July 21st from 8:30am-12:30. Sixteen hours of classroom training is required. You must attend all 4 classes. All training is held at 2226 Liliha Street, Honolulu 96817 5th floor Executive Conference Room. St. Francis Hospice, the first and largest hospice program in Hawaii, and the largest service area within the St. Francis Healthcare System, will be conducting a four-session volunteer training program with sessions held July 14 - 21. You must attend all 4 classes for a total of 16 hours. Volunteers will learn about the history, philosophy and role of hospice care, as well as practical skills for their role as volunteers.
