Our Mission We are a Catholic Healthcare System in Hawaii, sponsored by the Sisters of St. Francis, committed to creating healthy communities in the Spirit of Christ’s Healing Ministry.
Requirements: HOSPICE VOLUNTEERS - St. Francis Hospice is the first hospice program in Hawaii, and the largest service area within the St. Francis Healthcare System. We are looking for volunteers who feel the calling and privilege to visit patients on hospice. We have many settings available and will work with your schedule. Training is partially on-line from the comfort of your own home and we have a 1/2 day training orientation every two months. For students, this is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a healthcare system but still have flexibility for work and studies. For seniors and retirees this you can donate as many hours as you feel called to give. Our seniors enjoy giving back to the community and being part of our St. Francis Ohana. For more information contact: marakaki@stfrancishawaii.org
We'll work with your schedule.
