St. Francis Hospice Volunteers are seeking experienced and Hawaii licensed Cosmetologists. Volunteers must attend an initial 16 hr. Hospice Volunteer Training. Volunteer must be able to go to hospice patients homes to provide simple hair care, hair cuts or nail trimming.
Patients are bed bound or home bound. St. Francis needs cosmetologists who are willing to provide our patients the ability to look and feel good about themselves despite their condition. Many of our hospice volunteers have stated providing services to our patients is the most rewarding experience they have ever had.
