The Virtues Project International Association is seeking a Social Media Manager to administer our organization's social media communications, marketing, and advertising. Essential Duties of the Social Media Manager Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including: Develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers. Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written). Monitor, listen and respond to users in a "Social" way while cultivating leads and sales. Conduct online advocacy and open a stream for cross-promotions. Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts. Oversee design (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, Blog, etc.). Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns. Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation. Monitor online reviews and respond to each review. Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed. Compile reports for management showing results (ROI). Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate. Demonstrate ability to map out a comprehensive marketing plan. Drive strategies that are proven by testing and metrics. Develop organizational elements in order to implement a proactive process for capturing happy, loyal customer online reviews. Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy. Implement ongoing education to remain highly effective. Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the company. Report notable threats to appropriate management. Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO and social advertising campaigns. Monitor effective benchmarks (Best Practices) for measuring the impact of social media campaigns. We are looking for passionate Volunteers who want to make a positive difference to humanity. The applicant(s) need to show reliability, commitment, cooperation, and diligence. VPIA’s technology environment currently supports a website, product sales, donations, several social media sites, applications to support our training partners (we call them Facilitators), and Google Workspace for internal content, administration, and communications. The environment is anchored in NeonCRM with interfaces to Squarespace and Constant Contact among others. Application development often requires integrations among these platforms and, in some cases, interfaces with external systems. Proficiency with Javascript, PHP, and JSON preferred. VPIA is seeking multiple volunteer developers including: An application designer with specialized expertise in both Squarespace and NeonCRM and in designing and implementing applications that also depend on interfaces between them. Competent developers who are familiar with the technologies and application interfaces. The Communication Manager role is to communicate various Events, Newsletters and social media campaigns to various audiences. Ultimately, you will help us expand our audience and increase awareness of TVP and the Five Strategies. It is an exciting time to be helping The Virtues Project! The Virtues Project International Association is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to shape and own the design of our evolving website upgrade along with the continuing refresh of our brand identify. The new website will feature a refreshed look & feel and provide a better user experience. which will be a stepping stone to building a comprehensive, coordinated Visual Identity. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with a cross-functional team, including designers, engineers and product managers to ensure our branding is consistent and appealing. If you have previous experience as Branding Specialist and the ability to harmonize the visual aspect of a brand, we’d like to meet you.
