MISSION The mission of Hope Recovery is to provide Christian-based support in the lives of adult survivors of abuse and sexual trauma. VISION To offer support and compassion as survivors make their way on the journey of recovery and healing. STATEMENT OF FAITH Psalm 147:3 He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.
Description
Hope Recovery is a support program for individuals struggling to cope with abuse and sexual trauma. We are devoted to providing support services to adult survivors of trauma. Supportive friends and family are requested to sponsor a survivor service by providing a donation. All direct service volunteers must have a current criminal background check.

This is one of the best organizations I have ever volunteered at! The founder, Kristen, goes above and beyond to make sure interns, volunteers, and survivors have the best possible experience at Hope Recovery. As a college student studying psychology, I have built so many great skills for my future as a clinician and see first hand the amazing impact this organization has on survivors who come from such a large variety of experiences. My co-interns and trainers have also been so supportive of me, and along with Kristen, have helped me build my confidence and skills as an intern. I would not hesitate to recommend this organization to anyone looking for a volunteer or intern position!!
