This list is for those who MAY be interested in assisting - not a guarantee to serve as circumstances are ever changing. Emergency Department volunteers who are friendly, compassionate, confident and empathetic, are needed to visit with patients in the emergency room. We would like them to make rounds with a cart to offer complimentary comfort items to those waiting for clients. Volunteers may act as the liaison between patients and clinical staff. Requires standing, walking, pushing and wearing a mask for a 4 hour shift. COVID vaccine required. Training and background check required at agency expense.
