Volunteers United/AmeriCorps Seniors Program is a program of United Way that recruits volunteers for non-profit agencies in Martin County.
The mission of the organization where this opportunity is located is to provide better care of the sick, investigation into their problems and further education of those who serve.
Volunteers are needed to put together grown bags, patient packets, restock supplies, wipe down equipment in patient areas, walk patients to lobby and provide support to clinical staff in Pre-OP and Post Anesthesia Department.
The position requires the volunteer to wear a mask during the four hour shift each week, same day and time. A COVID vaccine is required. Volunteer physical requirements include sitting, standing, walking and lifting light objects.
Training and background check required at agency expense. Must be 18+
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 12:00PM Choose your shift.
