Arlington Free Clinic is in need of licensed mental health volunteers to see patients remotely or in-person! AFC strives to support physical & emotional well-being and has been providing mental health services in a primary care setting since 2001. Aware that mental health care delivered in a primary care setting is highly effective, we are currently seeking volunteer mental health professionals who can promote mental health, resilience, and overall well-being for our low income, uninsured population. With the changes and stresses brought about by COVID-19 our patient needs have increased and we would like to bring on more volunteers to meet the increased need. We are currently seeking NPs, RNs, LPCs, LMFTs, or LCSWs licensed in Virginia. Spanish language ability is most welcome, but not required. Volunteers must commit to 1-2 shifts a month and appointments can be done via telemedicine. Please email volunteer@arlingtonfreeclinic.org with a copy of your CV for more information! **Arlington Free Clinic provides free, high-quality health care to low-income, uninsured Arlington County adults through the generosity of donors and volunteers.**
