Requirements: Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following areas: business development, physical wellness, finance (budgeting, investments), career development (resume writing, networking, etc.), home ownership, or continuing education. This expertise should be backed by relevant qualifications, certifications, or extensive experience in the field. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial. Facilitators should be able to effectively convey information, inspire, and empower moms to set and achieve their goals. Patience, empathy, and the ability to listen actively are highly valued. Course Creation: Proficiency in creating engaging and informative course content is desirable. Facilitators have the opportunity to develop comprehensive courses that will be housed in the Mom Pro Academy portal, so experience in instructional design or content creation is a plus. Alignment with Mom Pro Values: Alignment with the values and mission of Mom Pro Network, including a commitment to diversity, inclusion, and creating a supportive community for moms, is important. Technology Skills: Basic proficiency in using online platforms and technology is required, as facilitators will interact with moms virtually and may be responsible for creating digital course content for the Mom Pro Academy portal.

Responsibilities ● Prepare, submit, and manage grant proposals to foundation and corporate sources ● Perform prospect research on foundations and corporations to evaluate prospects for corporate and foundation grants ● Assess our organization's programs, goals and financial needs ● Create timely and accurate reports of existing grant-funded projects ● Assist with other fundraising projects as requested Requirements ● 2+ years of experience with grant writing ● Proficient Internet research skills ● Familiarity with Foundation Directory Online or other databases ● Ability to meet deadlines ● Strong writing and communication skills ● Excellent writing and editing skills ● Interest in women's issues, particularly those of single mothers ● Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

This committee typically develops fundraising strategies, finds potential donors, organizes fundraising events, and manages various fundraising activities aimed at generating financial support. The key purpose is to raise funds and to ensure the financial viability and stability of MPN. Responsibilities include: Develop a fundraising plan. This plan may include special or annual events, auctions, end-of-the-year requests, and other activities. Create and organize various events to raise funds. Create a list of in-kind donations desired by MPN and develop strategies to meet those needs. Mom Pro Network is looking for fun-loving volunteers to help with our special events. These events can range from a casual Trivia Night at a restaurant/bar to a formal fundraising gala. There are a number of opportunities available and you can participate in as many or as few events as you wish. Special Event Volunteers direct guests to event activities, answer questions about the event and assist visitors at special activity areas. Volunteers will exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills, provide guests a warm welcome and fond farewell, anticipate implied and expressed guest needs, and offer additional assistance. Other duties may include ushering, ticket taking, distributing programs and other activities to help ensure that participants have a positive experience. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Before the event, distribute marketing materials to advertise the event Greet attendees and direct guests to event activities Answer guests’ questions about the event and Mom Pro Network Perform other assignments as needed, such as ushering, ticket taking, distributing programs, helping with event activities, and other tasks as requested by the Volunteer Coordinator Adherence to the event’s dress code Set up tables and/or tents Manage the flow of the crowd Tear down tables and/or tents Please note that specific tasks may change depending on the event.
