iMiracleProject is looking for a dedicated Volunteer Supply Coordinator (Email & Phone ) to join our team. This volunteer will assist the iMiracleProject in locating and coordinating efforts to repurpose unused medical supplies to support the local Seattle community. We are a growing non-profit organization dedicated to providing medical supplies, humanitarian aid and resources to the people of Ukraine. We also assist refugees on the move inside and outside Ukraine and assist ones who have made it all the way to the Puget Sound area. Since March 2022, we’ve collected over $2M in cash and in-kind contributions and helped over 50,000 Ukrainian war victims.

iMiracleProject is looking for two volunteer grant writers who will help us identify opportunities, write grant proposals for Federal, State, and Local government funding, as well as apply for private institutional and other philanthropic funding opportunities. The daily tasks: With the collaboration of the Executive Director, Grant Writer Board Member, and other team members, the Volunteer Grant Writer identifies and targets grant research, writes grant proposals and prepares formal grant applications; Volunteer Grant Writer facilitates communications internally and externally on all matters related to our grant application process; Volunteer Grant Writer works with the internal team to identify funding needs and to create budgets with compelling narratives to support successful grants. Requirements: 2-year federal, state, and local grant application experience, as well as familiarity with application processes for other funding sources; Proven record of submitting successful grant proposals (preferably for non-profits); Experience in multiple ways of application for philanthropic funds is preferred; Native English speaker with Bachelor’s degree in English or Linguistics or a related field preferred. Location: Hybrid remote, office, and fieldwork. Flexible schedule; primarily during common working hours. Requirements: Fluent in Ukrainian and English (speaking Russian is a bonus) iMiracleProject is on a mission to continue building an infrastructure that allows us to help the most Ukrainian war victims as is humanly possible. We are looking for volunteer s to support refugees with the local Ukrainian refugees and immigrants in WA state and help them to connect to the right resources and service partners to become more accustomed to a new country and society. If you are fluent in both Ukrainian and English (speaking Russian is a bonus), and are passionate about our mission, then iMiracleProject may be your next great career opportunity. The daily tasks: Collaborate with other volunteers Assist with improving immigrant journey, from the first steps of arrival in Washington State and expand services to address the unmet needs of immigrants, communicate and document with team members, DSHS representatives, and other partner agencies. Work with Outreach Services, Information and Referral Services, Community and Cultural Orientation and Education Activities, Support Services, and Resource Navigation. Create awareness of our expanded programs. Promote transparency, collaboration, and positive relationships with the Ukrainian community, key stakeholders, and other relevant parties. Expand the network of partners and providers that can benefit clients and program Represent the company at social and corporate events in ways that strengthen the brand and communicate the company’s message. Assist with Workshops related to the Cultural Orientation and Social adaptation for clients, both virtual and in person Requirements: Native or fluent Ukrainian speaker and fluent English speaker (both spoken and written fluency is required). Russian language ability is a plus. Case management and social services experience and knowledge are a plus; Dynamic team player who enjoys building strong relationships with clients (Ukrainian refugees and immigrants) and being the public face of an organization.
