iMiracleProject is looking for a detail-oriented Volunteer Social Media Manager to join our team. We are a growing non-profit organization dedicated to providing aid and resources.


The Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the content creation process in collaboration with on-site partners, copywriters, designers, Leadership Team and the other team members
  • Prepare the content plan customized for each platform: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Threads
  • Work with the team to verify, provide for review, and post the content
  • Collect and report upon data and performance analysis to the Leadership Team
  • Assist in developing and running fundraising campaigns using social media tools
  • Develop strategies and work with Leadership Team to grow audience and participation
  • Reply to the comments and DMs
  • Communicate plans and schedule details using available tools and resources
  • Collaborate with leadership and team members to develop new strategies and ideas

Required Experience:

  • Relevant experience managing social media accounts
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Relevant experience managing social media accounts
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google Docs, SharePoint, Trello, and Canva would be a plus
  • Living in the Seattle area (to be able to attend our offline events) is a plus

We work with the community to generate funding and donations to provide vital supplies, food, clothing, and medical supplies through our trusted coordinators to areas in crisis. We also provide refugee and immigrant support services to newcomers to Washington state. Since March 2022, we’ve collected over $2M in cash and in-kind contributions and helped over 50,000 war victims.
