iMiracleProject is looking for a detail-oriented Volunteer Marketing Manager to join our team. We are a growing non-profit organization dedicated to providing humanitarian aid and refugee resources.

The Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate team of volunteer marketing professionals
• Oversee the planning and content creation process in collaboration with partners: (copywriters, designers, Leadership Team and the other team members)
• Monitor the content plan, communication plans and schedules
• Lead marketing process and activity lifecycles (verify, provide for review, and post the content)
• Coordinate and report upon data and performance analysis to the Leadership Team
• Identify opportunities, develop fundraising campaigns using social media tools
• Develop strategies to grow audience and participation
• Collaborate with leadership and team members to develop new strategies and ideas

• 1+ yr marketing and communication experience
• Leadership experience is a plus
• Able to work independently in a remote environment
• Detail oriented and happy to collaborate with team members

• Flexible schedule 2-5 hours per week based on availability and commitments
• Enhance your operations and management skills while supporting a cause you care about

iMiracleProject ( https://www.imiracleproject.org ) is a 501c3 charitable organization based in Washington state with volunteers across the globe. We work with the community to generate funding and donations to provide vital supplies, food, clothing, and medical supplies through our trusted coordinators to areas in crisis. We also provide refugee and immigrant support services to newcomers to Washington state. Since March 2022, we’ve collected over $2M in cash and in-kind contributions and helped over 50,000 war victims.
