Virtual Leaders Training Program This training experience starts once the class is filled up. We will contact you via your preference (email) once this happens. C lasses typically average Triannually. Engaging, research-backed virtual training programs that are crafted for lasting impact - and aren't limited by the 4 walls of a classroom. About Virtual Leaders Training Virtual Leaders in Training is designed to empower those that feel called and committed to lead their own online group. Virtual leaders have an excess of technology at their disposal - but there’s a time and a place for each mode of communication. The key is to match the medium with your message. This training group meets every 2nd Tuesday (once a month) at 8pm CT. In this virtual training you learn to be a successful virtual leader. You will participate in online activities, discussions, games, and bible study with the other group members. Virtual Leaders will provide various blueprint options of running a successful online community. Once you’ve successfully completed the training we can assist you in setting up your own virtual experience in the way you envision it. We understand that every group looks different so the goal is to give you the tools and resources for you to continue to build you own online experience/community. Leadership is a journey, not a destination. A good leader takes time to reflect, to get feedback, to identify areas to work on, to constantly grow and improve. Leaders must first know themselves in order to effectively lead others. If good leadership means "empowering yourself and others to go where you or they have never gone before," then we must constantly re-evaluate where we are and where we want to be. Nothing is fixed. Technology, processes, attitudes, and people are constantly changing - older folks retire and younger people enter the workplace. A good leader embraces change and courageously takes on new challenges with a feeling of excitement, even when faced with fear, for fear is overcome when we listen, lead with authenticity, and coach as servant leaders.
