Social Media Manager Shall attend all Executive Board Meetings, and TBP Inc functions. Shall be a voting member of the TBP Inc Board. Shall maintain all TBP Inc social media accounts (i.e. Facebook, IG, Twitter, Tik Tok, LinkedIn). Shall create new social media content for daily posting. Shall report a detailed monthly record of all income and expenses related to their position at each Executive Board Meeting; Shall not go into a binding contract for the TBP Inc (without consent). Shall maintain position hours on Track it Forward and record monthly volunteer hours. Shall maintain and update board binder at the March Executive Board Meeting for review. Must be familiar with website maintenance and fluent in appropriate computer programs necessary for job performance.

Monitor program budgets and expenditure and coordinate with the Program Manager and ensure an effective program. Maintain records of all payments manage all change requests and perform research on all grant issues and prepare monthly records for all grant-related activities. Administer grant records and evaluate financial reports to analyze all annual progress and perform a review on grant expenditure. Evaluate all research and monitor all results in coordination with managers and manage all communication with researchers and accounting departments. Analyze all processes, provide enhancements to all grant programs if required, and manage all grant management processes according to policies and procedures. Collaborate with staff and board members; prepare internal reports for same and submitted status reports to seniors as required. Evaluate all budgets and analyze all costs according to budget and ensure work within the appropriate deadline. Train and provide assistance to all SIF subgrantees and resolve all tax and administrative issues and recommend improvements to various systems. Monitor and analyze all budget trends and make recommendations for cost control for various grants. Maintain and document spreadsheets for all billings and prepare appropriate reports for cost allocation.

Shall assume duties deemed necessary by the President. 4. Shall submit a detailed monthly report of all activities, income, and expenses related to the position at each Executive Board Meeting. 5. Shall maintain hours in the Track it Forward system and accurately account for and log monthly community hours. 7. Shall present an updated notebook for legal review at the March Executive Board meeting. 8. Notebooks and all job-related material are to be given to successors at the joint Executive Board meeting in April. 9. Shall maintain TBP Inc e-mails that are provided. 10. Shall not go into a binding contract for the TBP Inc (Without President’s prior approval). 11. Shall be responsible for organizing and coordinating all fundraisers. The Executive Board may approve any additional fundraisers and additional chairpersons to oversee. 12. Shall appoint a committee chairperson for each fundraising event. Committee members shall have no vote at Executive Board meetings. 13. Shall deposit monies with the treasurer within 7 days upon receipt. 14. Shall ensure compliance with TBP Inc’s fundraising rules and regulations. 15. Shall oversee Grants volunteers/ employees.
