The mission of the Sanford Center for Aging is to enhance the quality of life and well-being among elders through education, translational research, and community outreach.
It's our main goal to enhance the quality of life and well-being among elders in Nevada, which is why we are passionate about creating effective programming to promote health and prevent disease. The Sanford Center for Aging offers a variety of volunteer opportunities for those looking to support older adults in our community, or for adults age 55+ who are looking to volunteer through AmeriCorps Seniors RSVP of Washoe County.
