Role & Responsibilities: Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in the nonprofit sector. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders.
