Your Impact: Donor Engagement: Foster strong relationships with donors through personalized communications, acknowledging their contributions, and expressing gratitude for their support. Donor Database Management : Maintain and update donor records in our database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Communication: Collaborate with the Communication team to craft engaging donor-centric communications, including thank-you letters, impact reports, and newsletters. Recognition: Implement donor recognition programs to acknowledge and appreciate the support of our donors publicly and privately. Donor Retention: Develop and execute donor retention strategies to ensure ongoing support and engagement. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on donor engagement, retention, and contributions for the leadership team.
