Created and update policies and procedures for Seeds of Courage Inc. Create a manual including Core Values, Standing Rules, Procedures and Committee Rules. All provisions and approval must be proposed to the Board of Directors and shall be adopted by majority of the vote of the Board.

The Treasurer shall: Receive all monies, and make bank deposits of the same name of Seeds of Courage, Inc; Shall pay bills by check approved and signed or countersigned by the President and authorized by the Board of Directors; Shall submit a report when requested by the Board; and Shall present a complete written report prepared by an independent CPA auditor at the end of each calendar year.

Maintains quality results by using templates; following proposal-writing standards including readability, consistency, and tone; maintaining proposal support databases. Obtains approvals by reviewing proposal with key providers and project managers. Improves proposal-writing results by evaluating and re-designing processes, approach, coordination, and boilerplate.
