The duties of the Board of Directors are as follows but are not limited to:

  1. Shall have charge of the property and to manage the affairs and funds of Seeds of Courage Inc.
  2. Define the policies and monitor their implementation.
  3. Establish committees and to prescribe regulation and procedures.
  4. To bestow special awards.
  5. To fill vacancies in elective office except as otherwise prescribed in the by laws.
  6. To adopt rules concerning admission of board member.
  7. Other duties described in the by laws

Our mission is to provide financial assistance and resources to aid domestic violence survivors to obtain financial freedom and independence

Description

Our vision is to stop the cycle of financial abuse and to empower domestic violence survivors with financial freedom.

Organizational Objectives are:
1. Create and develop future goal that will empower and guide victims in moving forward after the abuse;
2. Educate victims about financial abuse in domestic violence relationships;
3. Provide the resources and tools to help victims to leave an abusive situation to include but not limited to transportation, educational expenses, child subsidy;
