Administrative Support Providing general administrative support as needed: For example: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks including bill paying, check cutting, mailing checks, making deposits, invoicing Purchase office supplies and keep storage room stocked and organized Prepare for Board of Directors meetings by printing agendas, minutes, and other documents Maintain organizational files and documents Serve as first point of contact for the organization Manage donor database Perform general administrative support 2. Special Events Assist with scheduling field trips Assist with coordination of event logistics 3. Communications Assist with print and electronic newsletters Coordinate website updates Assist with donor communications, including appeal and thank you letters Coordinate bulk mailings Maintain organizational archives 4. Take on additional tasks as directed by the Executive and Associate Directors

Caught Up Mentoring was founded to inspire, mold and empower teenagers to be productive members of their society. Giving them tools and resources to succeed as they enter into manhood.
Caught up believes in a program which young men are motivated to achieve academically, socially and intellectually. To influence positive change, development in character and leadership, and to encourage youth to reach their goals and become beacons of hope in their community.
