1. Administrative Support Providing general administrative support as needed: For example: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks including bill paying, check cutting, mailing checks, making deposits, invoicing Purchase office supplies and keep storage room stocked and organized Prepare for Board of Directors meetings by printing agendas, minutes, and other documents Maintain organizational files and documents Serve as first point of contact for the organization Manage donor database Perform general administrative support 2. Special Events Assist with scheduling field trips Assist with coordination of event logistics 3. Communications Assist with print and electronic newsletters Coordinate website updates Assist with donor communications, including appeal and thank you letters Coordinate bulk mailings Maintain organizational archives 4. Take on additional tasks as directed by the Executive and Associate Directors

Tutor Responsibilities The tutor should demonstrate academic competence in subject area(s) and ability to build and execute a curriculum. Tutors will act as a role-model for mentees. Attend weekly team meetings and collaborate effectively with parents and Caught Up mentors to enhance student performance and address individual student needs. Regularly track mentee grades Recognizes the relationship between social-emotional learning and academic performance and shows an ability to teach the "whole child."
