The Business Development & Partnership Specialist Intern will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of the organization's business development strategy and managing relationships with partner organizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in nonprofit management and business development and possess excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Work closely with the Business Development team to develop and execute business development strategies Conduct research on potential partner organizations and present findings to the team Draft and edit partnership proposals and presentations Maintain accurate records of partnership contracts and agreements Track and analyze partnership performance and report progress to internal stakeholders Provide support in identifying and pursuing grant opportunities Other duties as assigned by the supervisor This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to gain hands-on experience in nonprofit management and business development. Think Round, Inc. needs an experienced UX-UI Team Leader to direct multiple projects within our twin visions (completing The Paradise Project and building The Center for the Human Family to house it), leveraging your good time-management and mentoring skills. We have a list of multiple Areas of Focus for UX and UI interns to help delineate the user experiences and interfaces for these twin visions. We have scores of UX-UI volunteer applicants waiting to sign up for an array of design projects. We need a Team Leader who likes to lead the work and has project-management skills, so can do resource management across project workstreams. We want a Team Leader who also likes to work with Think Round's Teams and the Creative Director of these projects. As our volunteer Website Developer/Designer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the online presence of Heidi Hardin's art portfolio and ensuring her work reaches a broader audience.
