Mission Statement
Our mission is to promote high-quality, compassionate care for consumers of long-term care services through complaint investigation and resolution, and providing access to unbiased factual information on long-term care issues.
Description
Ombudsman Associates, our volunteer advocates, seek to enhance the quality of life for long-term care consumers living in nursing homes, assisted living homes, group homes, and those consumers living out in the community. They help our team educate residents, family members, and friends about the resources available to them through the Ombudsman program and about the Residents’ Rights. We cover Champaign, Clark, Darke, Greene, Logan, Miami, Montgomery, Preble and Shelby Counties.
