TotalLink to Community is a 501(c)(3) that empowers people with disabilities to live the life they choose within their community...through employment, education and social opportunity. Our vision is to realize a fully-inclusive community that values, accepts and respects the abilities, talents and rights of each and every person.

Description

We create customized jobs for people with developmental disabilities. As young adults with disabilities step out into the world of work, our challenge as job developers is to use best practice principles and to collaborate within our own communities to develop inclusive employment.
