As neighbors of the community come together in collaborative partnership with TotalLink , people with developmental disabilities achieve an enviable life so they can live, work and play like everyone else.

Description
We create customized jobs for people with developmental disabilities. As young adults with disabilities step out into the world of work, our challenge as job developers is to use best practice principles and to collaborate within our own communities to develop inclusive employment.
