We are currently seeking a talented Newsletter Editor to lead and manage the production of the IFGT’s monthly newsletter. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the development, publication, and distribution of our monthly newsletter. We encourage those who have a background in spirituality and are creative, innovative, and able to easily adapt to apply. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a collaborative environment with a talented, creative, and fun team. Time requirement: 1 hour a week Specific Areas of Responsibility: Work with the IFGT President, Maryann Miller to plan, organize, edit, and write parts of the content of each month’s newsletter Oversee newsletter deadlines: work 1 month in advance of each month’s deadline Generate a list of articles for upcoming newsletters - IFGT team members will contribute articles in addition to those you find elsewhere Communicate with Maryann and other contributors about their columns Communicate with IFGT’s graphic designer and other team members regarding upcoming deadlines Communicate with Maryann on content of newsletter Gather and choose possible photos, images, etc. for newsletter Learn MailChimp software Qualifications: One or more years of professional writing and editing experience Well organized, ability to multi-task and work with deadlines Able to manage a monthly project from start to completion Able to work with other members of newsletter team to communicate expectations, goals, deadlines, etc. Attention to detail, especially in editing and proofing. Proficient computer skills

In this context, we are now seeking a highly talented and motivated person to manage our member engagement efforts. In this position, you will be responsible to serve as the first point of contact for existing members and membership prospects. Regularly solicit member input regarding their satisfaction and any additional goods/services they would like to suggest. Communicate member value and provide help delivering benefits to members and prospects, focusing on long-term retention. You will be expected to provide a high level of consistent and professional customer service to members and prospects, develop a strong understanding of the IFGT’s value, and will focus on membership growth, retention, and customer service. You are the ideal candidate if you: Have a positive, can-do attitude. Are a consummate professional. Have prior experience in association membership engagement. Possess a general understanding of business management concepts. Are comfortable with significant e-mail communication with members and prospects. Possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Are customer service oriented. Have experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms for sales and account management activities. Familiarity with Ultimate Membership Pro or similar programs is a preferred advantage.

We are seeking a very special individual for our Social Media team. If you are experienced in social media marketing, interested in spirituality, motivated, and creative ... you are just the person for whom we have been searching. You will bring the right mix of expertise, enthusiasm, "can-do" attitude, and genuine passion for helping us get our message out to the world. Responsibilities Work with Social Media and Marketing team to generate, edit, publish and share content (original text, images, video or HTML) and experiences that builds meaningful connections, amplifies our core messages/mission and encourages our audience to act. Advises on social media strategy to align with marketing strategies and objectives. Lead team in data and analytics to compile and share insights around channel engagement, audience growth, content reach/impressions and referrals; monitor effectiveness of content and creative/campaigns. Collaborate with the marketing and website creative teams to leverage organic/paid media activities, and help drive brand awareness, community engagement and membership. Maintain relationship with industry professionals / experts to keep pace with social media trends and technology changes/advancement. Required Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree in social media/digital marketing or proven work experience as a digital media specialist, using insights to tell stories, shape content and channel strategies. Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and other social media best practices, Proficiency in setting up and managing paid social media ad campaigns. Strong digital analytics (Facebook Analytics, Google Analytics) and metric skills. Savvy content marketer with experience working with marketing and website creative teams. Proven track record of increased customer or member engagement and conversion. Knowledge of social media management tools (Hootsuite, etc.) and best practices. Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and web metrics (plus). Demonstrate effective project management to drive execution of social media marketing initiatives. Ability to demonstrate a collaborative approach to achieving increased community engagement and impact, as well as working across internal and external teams. Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels. Independent self-starter; ability to multi-task; enthusiastic, positive and detail-oriented. Fluency in English
