Meals on Wheels: Our Volunteers deliver hot meals to seniors Monday through Friday. You can deliver anywhere from one route a month or 2-3 every week. It all depends on your schedule. We also welcome group coverage. This is an opportunity to deliver a much-needed meal and develop a relationship with the clients that will warm your heart as well as theirs. Volunteers are required to complete additional paperwork before delivering meals (please note this includes a background check which has a fee). Youth are welcome to participate with their parent or guardian. Please email volunteer@voacolorado.org to learn more about this exciting adventure!

The Safety of Seniors Handyman Program helps seniors live safely and independently in their own homes, allowing them to continue to be a viable part of the community. Skilled volunteer handymen and women are essential to the program and provide clients with safety assessments, education on fall and fire prevention, and perform in-home repairs and safety modifications. Work in your own neighborhood/area if you desire. Volunteers are required to complete additional paperwork before volunteering (please note this includes a background check which has a fee). Please contact Wayne Chitwood to get started wchitwood@voacolorado.org
