ORGANIZATION: Volunteers of America

  • We serve Denver's homeless and low income population.
  • Volunteers are needed to help serve lunch Mondays through Fridays (11:00am-12:30pm) at the Volunteers of America Colorado (VOAC) Mission at 28th and Lawrence. Duties include prepping and serving lunch, water setups, general cleaning, preparation of kitchen and dining, washing pots & pans.
  • Clothing Room help (organizing and handing out cloths), to help our clients. That shift is 1:00pm-4pm Monday-Thursdays, and 12:30-2:00pm on Fridays.
