Global Outreach Doctors (GoDocs) seeks a volunteer Co-Marketing Director to help set the strategy for GoDocs marketing needs - website, brochures, and branding. You are responsible for helping define the marketing strategy and ensure deliverables are aligned with the strategy. You will work with other volunteers and participate in various projects, including email marketing and newsletter development. Global Outreach Doctors (GoDocs) is a nonprofit 501c(3) humanitarian organization of dedicated medical professionals providing disaster response in natural and man made events, including wars, earthquakes, typhoons, and refugee crises. GoDocs also offers global healthcare in non-disaster areas through our public health initiative. Current missions include Ukraine and Turkey. Prior missions include Poland, Iraq, Nepal, Lesvos, Ethiopia, Kenya, Bangladesh, Syria border, Guatemala, Mexico, Congo, Columbia, Ecuador, Panama, Puerto Rico, Jamaica, Venezuela, Philippines, Grenada, Turkey, USA (COVID/hurricanes). GoDocs has 12 ambulances in Ukraine and provided $300,000 financial aid to Ukraine hospitals. GoDocs also provided $300,00 of financial aid to Turkey in support of needs resulting from the devastating 2023 earthquake. Key Responsibilities: Create a social media strategy for consistent posting across our various platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) Develop a newsletter, working with GoDocs team leads for stories and articles Provide editorial support for marketing materials, emails, and other content Work closely with the social media coordinator on a strategy to ensure consistency in our messaging Other marketing projects as needed Key Skills & Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field 3-5 years of marketing experience Excellent writing and editing skills Strong knowledge and active use of social media Minimum Commitment: 5-10 hours/week for 6 months

The volunteer Social Media Manager will manage our social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Tiktok with goals to engage our audience, recruit volunteers for missions, showcase the work we have been doing, and connect with the community to build a larger network for Global Outreach Doctors. Two Board Director seats available for Global Outreach Doctors (GoDocs), a humanitarian organization of dedicated medical professionals providing disaster response in natural and man made events including earthquakes, typhoons, wars and refugee crises. GoDocs provides international healthcare, canine search and rescue, COVID treatment and refugee support. GoDocs has been on the frontlines in Ukraine with medical teams and ambulances since March 2022. We have delivered 12 ambulances to the country and $300k of financial support to Ukraine hospitals. Overview: GoDocs is seeking a versatile and reliable HR Director to handle the HR functions of our nonprofit organization. This is a fully remote role that can be performed anywhere in the United States. Qualified candidates may convert after a minimum time period to an I099 Independent Contractor role. Responsibilities: Manage a volunteer HR/admin team of 2-5 to ensure all administrative and operational tasks are completed on time. Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of all potential volunteers (including medical, administrative, and Board Director positions). Review and file volunteer applications. Conduct onboarding procedures and reference checks. Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation. Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately. Accurately represent GoDocs in Zoom calls and email exchanges with potential partners. Lead administrative duties to safely deploy volunteers to missions across the world. Assist GoDocs leadership in ad hoc projects and tasks as needed. Skills and Qualifications: 2-5 years of HR experience. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient with Google Suite or related software. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help underserved communities. Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and inclusive environment. Time Commitment: We ask all admin volunteers to be provide 5-10 hours/week for at least 6 months.
