The staff was very friendly and helpful and I really enjoyed my student. As a young person who was looking to volunteer I felt very welcomed by the staff and looked forward to coming to tutor every week. And the center had great resources for the students. My student and I never ran out of options for lessons. I would highly recommend!

I can honestly say this has been one of the best experiences of my life. I have volunteered for many organizations and it is always fulfilling, But this is more than that. This organization brings people together in the most beautiful way. I look forward to the time spent with my learner every week. I knew I would learn a thing or two myself but I had no idea how much. I wasn’t naive to the fact that an adult who has traversed life with reading difficulties would know a lot of things about life. I just didn’t anticipate the relationship building and frankly, the fun we have! The staff and volunteers are extremely helpful and I always feel surrounded by kindness. If I run into a pitfall there is always someone to help. Thank you to everyone involved in this wonderful organization. I really can’t recommend Sienna enough.

Very well organized! Everyone was warm and welcoming. Plenty of staff and volunteers were present and eager to help me. I'm looking forward to the upcoming 13 hour training. I didn't get the feeling that I would be "thrown out there" and forced to "sink or swim."
