We are looking for someone with an engaging personality and the ability to teach the basics of Spanish to seniors in a group setting. Schedule: One hour, weekly, on a Mon-Fri. Senior Friendship Centers is seeking volunteers to teach Powerful Tools for Caregivers classes at our Caregiver Recourse Centers. These classes help caregivers take better care of themselves while caring for a friend or relative. A training course will be provided, and then volunteers will assist in presenting classes. Location: Training can be completed virtually. Teach classes at either our Sarasota or Venice locations: 1888 Brother Geenen Way, Sarasota, FL 34236 or 2350 Scenic Drive Venice Florida 34293 Schedule: After training, must commit to teaching at least two classes annually. Dates and times are to-be-scheduled. Requirements: Must complete online training course. Experience with teaching/facilitation teaching. Experience with dementia preferred.
