Mission Statement

Agency Mission Statement: To strive to provide a voice and programs for the protection, care and welfare of all children in need. The Court Appointed Special Advocate Program (CASA) was established nationally and in the Sixth Judicial District of Wyoming because abused and neglected children are at risk of becoming lost in the court and social services systems designed to protect them. The CASA Program serves children adjudged by the court to be in need of supervision, abused, neglected or otherwise in need of advocacy in the Sixth Judicial District Court of Wyoming. The CASA Program will recruit, screen, train and supervise community volunteers to serve as advocates for children in the Sixth Judicial District of Wyoming.
