VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY (United States Residents Only) Position Overview: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people and are eager to develop their administrative skills in a professional setting. You will be the first point of contact for our visitors and provide crucial administrative support to our team. Responsibilities: Greet and assist clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate staff members. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the front desk calendar. Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and mail handling. Assist with general office duties, including copying and scanning documents. Manage databases and ensure accurate record-keeping. Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence. Coordinate meetings and take minutes during staff meetings. Help with special projects and other tasks as needed. Qualifications: -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Professional demeanor and appearance. -Strong organizational and multitasking skills. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). -Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work independently. -Previous customer service or administrative experience is a plus but not required.
