This program connects veterans like you with fellow veterans in hospice care, offering companionship and support during a challenging time. Why This Matters: Many veterans in hospice care face emotional and social isolation. As a veteran, you uniquely understand their experiences and can provide invaluable comfort and connection. What You'll Do: Share stories and reminisce: Create a sense of camaraderie by connecting over shared military experiences. Offer a listening ear: Provide emotional support and companionship through attentive listening and a supportive presence. Honor their service: Recognize and appreciate the unique contributions and sacrifices of veterans in hospice care.
