Do you want to influence positive change on a huge scale for Texas students? We are searching for an experienced development strategist with excellent leadership skills, a track record and/or a passion to influence positive change while deepening their global knowledge, fundraising, grant writing and networking skills. This volunteer opportunity uniquely presents a wide range of learning and growth exposure as well as the power to impact our youth. The right person will have fun designing and executing strategies to improve on current educational content in schools, while partnering closely with the CEO and Team on multiple aspects of nonprofit management and organizational development. YOU WILL BE Support the creation and deployment of educational content/classes to select schools. Teaching/educational administration experience is a plus. Manage the program, facilitators, school partners and volunteers to Conducting research on fundraising opportunities, grants, writing proposals and submitting these to potential donors and community partners. Assisting with project evaluation. Designing and implementing strategies, events, promotional campaigns and coming up with ingenious ways to raise awareness. Creating campaigns, special events, donor relations and fun fundraising virtual and/or in-person activities. Liaising with prospective donors, designing a donor relations platform and monthly donor recognition spotlights. REQUIREMENTS Teaching/educational administration/school programs experience is a plus! The right person will have excellent written and oral communication skills. COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST VOLUNTEER This volunteer opportunity uniquely presents a wide range of learning experiences, endorsement and training as well as the power to make international impact in the lives of those who desperately need help. The right person will get to work closely with the CEO on all aspects of nonprofit management and organizational development. RESPONSIBILITIES Create and publish engaging content for major social media platforms to increase brand awareness and work with the CEO to promote programs, services, and special events Option to focus on Donor Management Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter and analyzes analytics to gauge the success of campaigns. Design and roll out quarterly newsletters, blog posts and crowdfunding (e.g. Gofundme) summaries. Owning or supporting seasonal outbound communications, fundraising correspondence and grant writing. ACQUIRED SKILLS In this position, the student will have the opportunity to acquire and further develop their communication skills, global exposure, attention to detail, adaptability, and management skills. DIGITAL & MEDIA SPECIALIST

We are looking for a qualified Digital media specialist to join our team. You will lead efforts using new media and digital tools. Great opportunity to practice, leverage and showcase your skills to the world! If you know how to create videos, compile pictures and images into a storytelling video, handle webinars, create buzz-generating content and handle various online tools, like a WordPress website (Elementor knowledge is a plus) and blogs, this position is for you. You will get a ready platform and autonomy to create, direct and evaluate informational and promotional content for a registered international 501c3 organization. Some key volunteer tasks are: Design digital media campaigns Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases and podcasts) Reengineer our web presence to boost nonprofit brand awareness and ensure consistency Maintain a strong online company voice through social media Stay up-to-date with, and practice nonprofit marketing trends and digital media developments In summary while making a difference, you will grow tremendously through understanding the populations we work with, creating relevant and compelling messaging and delivering your content to our communities, donors, volunteers and the world, through a variety of communications channels. Funds raised by the Foundation are applied to various causes including:

Our Backpacks for Kids Program: For many children in low income communities, having a durable schoolbag of their own is a luxury. Many across the world use plastic bags or none at all due to inability to access or afford quality bags. Our BKP solves this challenge by purchasing and shipping high-quality backpacks to recipient schools.
School Repairs, Renovations and Upgrades: Every year, we identify a recipient school and work with them over the course of a year to fix all their major issues.
Aiding widows, women and youths to achieve financial empowerment, high moral standards, socioeconomic success and gain necessary academic, technical or workforce education.
Various Projects and Programs impacting youths in the USA and beyond, including the NZUKO (Kids Culture League) Program which imparts positive values, cultural understanding, language exposure, global awareness and high self-esteem to kids in the Houston TX area.
