Seeking Musicians to play or sing for our patients and their family members. Many of our patients love music and it is proven that music is good for the soul and can reduce pain and stress. We are in need of volunteers to sit at our patients bedside and play and/or sing favorite songs to our patients. Our patients are very diverse and enjoy a variety of types and styles of music particularly hymns, oldies, Country music, and a number of other styles. Ideally volunteers will be able to provide 1-2 hours either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. We serve the following areas: Greenville, Spartanburg, Pickens and Easley, Simpsonville, and Anderson County

Are you looking to make a difference? Do you have at least one hour a week to give back? We are looking for individuals who will sit with hospice patients and provide companionship for them. This can be provided through conversation, reading to them, playing music, playing a game together, taking them outside for fresh air, etc. We service multiple locations in the Greenville area.

We are searching for compassionate volunteers to visit our Hospice patients in their homes in the Upstate area (Greenville, Pickens and Easley). Our Hospice patients suffer from life limiting illnesses and are in the last stages of their lives. There are many things that a volunteer can do. The greatest is offer companionship and provide conversation. Having someone to talk to is very valuable for someone on their end-of-life journey. A volunteer can read, cook, play games, do patients nails or hair, especially if they are a trained beautician. They can bring therapy dogs, as well as watch a movie, have a meal, or go for a walk. Many patients enjoy music and would love to have someone sing to them, play an instrument, or listen to music together. Whatever will give the patient enjoyment and purpose. We are looking for a small commitment of 2-4 hours per month. As a Hospice provider, we would be honored for any volunteer to join our compassionate team. We look forward to meeting you.
