We are looking for a Website Assistant that will help us r aise the profile of our domestic violence (DV) awareness site through creation of visual content and designs, improve our SEO and troubleshoot issues that may arise from time to time. You will work directly with LLNMarketing and the President to understand the LLN’s DV awareness initiatives. Responsibilities Managing and upgrading LLN's website. Responding to and troubleshooting all website issues. Ensuring that the website is protected by enabling the appropriate security measures. Updating HTML, CSS and JavaScript regularly. Creating appropriate website content aligned with LLN’s DV Awareness brand. Ensuring website quality and efficiency by conducting regular test plans. Improving the user experience of the website regularly. Creating strategies to grow web traffic metrics. Requirements and Skills Graphic design skills (familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Canva, etc.). Must have at least 2 years experience with WIX Website management and SEO analytics. Working knowledge of web analytics tools (eg Google Analytics). In-depth understanding and applications of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) / SEM (Search Engine Marketing)

The Event Coordinator must be local to Massachusetts. They work with alongside other team members to provide exceptional domestic violence (DV) awareness events, year round. Events have happened annually for years and we need someone that can follow the blueprints for each of them from planning to execution. The in-person events are hosted at end of February, mid June and end of October during DV Awareness Month. Others are virtual events that happen in December and October. Professionalism, a solid time committment, proven track record in securing event sponsorships, the ability to cultivate relationships, and flexibility to adapt to the changing needs and priorities of our growing organization are essential. Prior experience event planning for large scale events, securing event sponsorships and serving on a non-profit board are favorable.

The Fundraising Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to secure financial support for LLN's programs and event initiatives. This role includes cultivating relationships with donors, planning fundraising events, submitting sponsorship proposals, and managing donor databases. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the LLN's mission, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to meet fundraising goals. Responsibilities Donor Engagement and Relationship Building Identify, research, and cultivate relationships with potential individual and corporate donors. Develop and maintain relationships with current donors to encourage repeat and increased contributions. Plan and execute donor appreciation and stewardship activities. Fundraising Campaigns and Events Create and implement annual fundraising strategies, including major giving, peer-to-peer campaigns, and online fundraising initiatives. Plan, organize, and execute LLN’s existing fundraising events, such as our gala, Heel-A-Thon Walk, and survivor models fashion show. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials for campaigns and events. Donor Database Management and Reporting Oversee confidential donor management systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. Work with LLN’s leadership to set fundraising goals and strategies. Use data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Requirements and Skills · Proven success in achieving fundraising goals and managing donor relationships. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. · Familiarity with donor management systems (e.g., Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge) and online fundraising platforms. · Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. · At least 2 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising or related fields. Location Virtual Time Commitment This will be a 2-year board seat term that can be rolled over to another 2-year term, if Board service is in good standing.
