Role Overview: Global Offsite Care is seeking two passionate and creative Marketing/Social Media Volunteers to help enhance our online presence and engage with our global community. In this role, you will collaborate with our team to develop and execute social media strategies that promote our mission of providing accessible telemedicine services to underserved populations worldwide. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the creation and curation of content for Global Offsite Care's social media platforms. (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) Develop engaging posts, stories, and updates that highlight our initiatives, events, and impact stories. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels. Analyze social media metrics and provide recommendations/create plans for improving engagement and reach. Create and upkeep marketing materials, including graphics, newsletters, and promotional content. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement new advertising campaigns and strategies. Qualifications: Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and global health. Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation tools (e.g., Canva). Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail. Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas for content. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Prior experience in social media management or marketing (preferred but not required).

We empower doctors and clinics worldwide via Rotary Club-sponsored telemedicine projects. Our key programs include building global telemedicine networks, hosting the Global Grand Rounds/Continuing Medical Education, and facilitating global teleconsults. Role Overview: As a Telemedicine Liaison, you will represent Global OffSite Care and act as a bridge between our organization, partner hospitals, and the local Rotary Club sponsors. This project management role involves fostering relationships, enhancing communication, and driving project success across international sites. Key Responsibilities: Maintain Regular Engagement: Schedule and lead monthly meetings with partner hospitals to ensure ongoing support and project momentum. Facilitate Outreach Initiatives: Encourage partner hospitals to extend telemedicine services to smaller clinics and neighboring healthcare facilities to maximize impact. Monitor Funding Systems: Assess and report on whether the national health systems support funding for telemedicine services, revisiting these discussions periodically (every 3-6 months). Follow Up on Project Progress: Ensure the project adheres to its established progression plan by following up with the project sites and facilitating necessary steps to maintain momentum and meet objectives. Continuous Improvement: Regularly gather feedback and suggestions to identify areas for project enhancement and provide actionable insights to the team. Additional Tasks: Perform other project-related duties as required to support the success of Global OffSite Care initiatives. Global Grand Rounds Volunteer (CME Coordinator) OVERVIEW Global OffSite Care is a 501c3 nonprofit and our mission is to increase access to specialized healthcare for all by providing technology platforms to doctors and clinics around the world through Rotary Club sponsored telemedicine projects. Our initiatives include connecting partner hospitals to our telemedicine network, Global Grand Rounds/Continuing Medical Education, and global teleconsults. We currently have 12 partner countries and 18 hospitals that participate in our telemedicine network. A key part of what Global Telemedicine offers is the opportunity for doctors and healthcare professionals from many countries to participate in Global Grand Rounds. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Participate on Global Grand Rounds team which is responsible for inviting participation in global grand rounds and supporting the presenters SKILLS Ability to efficiently learn the processes and tools to conduct Global Grand Rounds Build and maintain invitation list Maintain link from website to receive invitation Scheduling Presenter Communicate presentation information with volunteer creating GGR Flyer Creating a GGR Flyer if a volunteer is not available Compose Invitation Communicate information with website manager to update website with topic Feedback Form CME Process Have a command of relevant computer software - Google tools such as Drive, Docs, Slides, MS Office, Box, Mailchimp, Zoom, Canva, etc Clear communication skills, both written and spoken Detail oriented Comfortable dealing with doctors and engaging them in Global Telemedicine Recommended Qualifications Rotarian, Rotaractor or familiar with Rotary Skilled in process development Command of medical terms Available to attend monthly Global Grand Rounds on Wednesday at 8 am Pacific Time
