VOLUNTEER Curriculum Developer We are seeking a Curriculum Developer to join our program development volunteer team. This is a meaningful opportunity to create impactful learning experiences and help shape how teens understand and practice entrepreneurship in real-world and future-facing contexts. As part of our team, you will design and build curriculum materials that introduce entrepreneurial thinking, foster creativity, and develop problem-solving, financial literacy, and leadership skills. This includes creating modules on topics such as idea generation, business modeling, marketing, budgeting, social entrepreneurship, and digital tools for startups. You will also support educators and program managers through training resources, workshops, and guidance on delivering the curriculum effectively. Additionally, you may evaluate existing content and adapt it into digital formats to enhance accessibility and engagement. We welcome applicants with all levels of experience. Candidates with expertise in entrepreneurship, business education, social innovation, or youth leadership will be highly regarded. A background in business, education, or relevant real-world entrepreneurial experience is a plus. Curriculum Developer Duties and Responsibilities Define course objectives that align with key entrepreneurial learning outcomes, emphasizing innovation, resilience, and ethical decision-making. Design content delivery and assessment methods tailored to youth entrepreneurship education, with a focus on hands-on, project-based learning. Develop engaging, modular lessons on topics such as idea validation, market research, business plans, budgeting, pitching, and branding. Introduce concepts of financial literacy, startup development, digital marketing, and sustainability in business. Evaluate and revise existing curriculum with a focus on relevance, inclusivity, and application in real-world settings. Adapt curriculum into digital and multimedia formats, including interactive and gamified tools. Provide training materials and workshops for educators and program managers to teach entrepreneurship topics effectively. Collaborate with business mentors and entrepreneurs to ensure curriculum accuracy and relevance. Encourage youth to think critically and creatively about how they can solve real-world problems through entrepreneurial initiatives.

Assist the Supervisor in research, identification, and selection of existing resources. 2. To lead a product and be the main strategist for youth development and corporate programs. 3. Assist the Supervisor in creating program materials to address identified needs. 4. Assist the Supervisor in making programmatic changes based on program evaluation outcomes and to meet changing local priorities. 5. Assist the Supervisor in structuring programs to meet the needs of diverse program participants. 6. Supervises the daily routine of the youth, volunteers, and mentors; including the (Learning Management System) curriculum, scope, sequence, and implementation 7. Design and support the implementation of consistent community-building activities that support shared purpose and belonging among the students. 8. Work with the Research Coordinator on fieldwork and corporate Subscriptions Coordinator. 9. Help Define clear and measurable program goals and objectives that align with the organization's mission and strategic priorities. 10. Assist- Develop a detailed program plan that outlines the scope of work, activities, timeline, and resources required to implement the program successfully. 11. Develop monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track program progress, measure outcomes, and assess impact against established indicators and benchmarks. 12. Design program interventions and activities that are evidence-based, culturally sensitive, tech-savvy, and responsive to the identified needs and context towards creativity and engagement.
