Mission Statement

The mission of Pomeroy Living History Farm is to provide educational and engaging experiences for our community, primarily focused on farm life - past and present.

Description

Pomeroy Living History Farm is a nationally registered historic site and nonprofit farm museum, located in Yacolt, WA. Since being settled by EC Pomeroy in 1910, the farm has been continually inhabited and run by his descendants. We gained our nonprofit status in 1989 and have since worked to preserve the farm and a way of life that is becoming more and more distant. Our volunteers are an integral piece of our success and we rely on them heavily to carry out our community events. Activities vary throughout the year, and include school programs, an annual Country Life Fair, and a pumpkin patch.
