Volunteers are the heart of Northwest Neighbors Network. We could especially use volunteers that are willing to drive our members in N. King Co. and S. Snohomish Co. where they need to go. Transportation to medical appointments, the grocery store, and other vital places is the #1 request we receive from our members. While this volunteer opportunity is flexible in terms of days and times, we hope that interested volunteers will become part of our community. What makes Northwest Neighbors Network special is that volunteers get to know NNN members over time, ensuring our elderly neighbors get help from people within their own community that they know and trust. Interested volunteers must provide their own automobile and insurance, as well as pass a background check. NNN will provide a volunteer orientation, as well as training on COVID prevention protocols.
