About

Are you age 55 or better and looking to work one on one helping children with reading?

RSVP is a national program designed to help volunteers 55 years and better find volunteer opportunities to utilize their skills and experiences.

Reading Partners is a non-profit seeking volunteers to commit to tutoring at least 1 hour a week, for at least a 3-month period. Volunteer at one of multiple schools in the Denver Metro Area.Tutors work with the same student every week, which allows tutors to build a relationship with the students. Volunteers use an easy to follow, structured curriculum so no preparation is necessary prior to a tutoring session.

Tutors must be able to pass a background check.

For more information about this volunteer opportunity, please contact the RSVP Program at Volunteers of America, Rachel at (303) 297-0408 or rdenenberg@voacolorado.org
