About

BE THERE TO CARE! The Missouri Long Term Care Ombudsman Program is looking for volunteers to advocate for individuals living in nursing homes, assisted living facilities and residential care facilities. The applicant must be a good listener and maintain confidentiality in order to help residents resolve issues. The volunteer ombudsman is a voice for the resident who is unable to speak for themselves.

Volunteer Ombudsman are needed throughout the State of Missouri. This is a very rewarding position. One day you may need an Ombudsman to "BE THERE TO CARE!"
