Join an amazing team of handymen who serve the community by doing safety related home improvement projects for local seniors and people with disabilities.

If you own a few tools and find yourself strolling the aisles at Home Depot dreaming about your next project, this could be a great opportunity to help the community!

The majority of our repairs are small, independent, and flexible projects that take between one and two hours a week.

We also have large project opportunities that last six to eight hours, once or twice a month and involve teams of four to five handymen working together.

Description

The Retired & Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) of Volunteers of America provides volunteer opportunities for individuals 55 years and older to use their skills, insight and lifetime experiences to assist residents and non-profit agencies in the county. RSVP also offers a variety of programs which provide services and enhance the quality of life for seniors.
