What would you do if you could no longer get to the grocery store and had no one to help you get groceries?
As a volunteer with Volunteers of America's Grocery Shopping Program, you can help Seniors and individuals with disabilities in Fort Collins or Loveland continue living well in their own homes by delivering their groceries once a week.
We are looking for both substitute AND permanent volunteer drivers. The program schedule is listed below. Volunteers usually sign up to help with one part of the program.
Tuesday late mornings (10:30 am - 12:30 pm) - "Drivers" deliver groceries to a route consisting of 3-4 clients in Loveland.
Thursdays early afternoons (11:00 am - 1:00 pm) - "Drivers" deliver groceries to a route consisting of 3-4 clients in Fort Collins.
Not only will you be providing a crucial service to our clients -- you will also gain a few wonderful new friends!
Additional volunteer benefits available to those 55+. Positions are available to anyone 18+.

The Retired & Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) of Volunteers of America provides volunteer opportunities for individuals 55 years and older to use their skills, insight and lifetime experiences to assist residents and non-profit agencies in the county. RSVP also offers a variety of programs which provide services and enhance the quality of life for seniors.
